Shipping Policy
At Aimicat, we prioritize each customer, and customer satisfaction remains our top priority. We are working diligently to expedite the process to ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time, and we thank you for your understanding.
Costs and Shipping Regions:
- Free shipping is available for the contiguous 48 states of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.
- Due to our use of FedEx/DHL/UPS or similar carriers, we do not ship products to post office boxes or APO addresses.
Processing Time (Business Days):
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 days.
Delivery Time (Business Days):
Departing from the U.S. Warehouse: 4-7 days
Departing from the China Warehouse: 7-35 days
- Weekends and holidays may lead to delays in shipment or delivery.
- Upon shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), GMT+8.
Import Duties and Taxes:
In most cases, you will receive your goods or order after making the final payment on www.aimicatcare.com. Customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes incurred due to international shipping (except for shipments from the above warehouses to the domestic or single-market regions). Aimicat will contact the recipient of international shipments regarding additional shipping and/or tariff fees.
Shipping Changes:
Changing the address before we provide you with a tracking number does not incur any fees.
FedEx will charge a $20 fee when the on-route logistics information shows a successful change.
Cancellation of an order after the package has been shipped incurs a $100 fee. Refusal to accept a package or non-delivery of a package incurs a $100 fee. If the package is successfully delivered to the original address, a $100 fee will be charged.
If you wish to change the color or model of your Aimicat, you must make changes before the order is shipped.
Note: Changing the order to a different Aimicat model before shipping may result in additional fees and delays. Once the order is shipped, it will not be possible to change the color or model of the Aimicat.
Order Tracking:
If you have registered an account on aimicatcare.com, you can track your order as well as shipping and processing information. If you have not yet registered on our website, you can still track your order here using the order number. For further shipping information, please email support@aimicat.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Please note:
- We will contact residents of countries or regions outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska), the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore to confirm orders, as shipping to these areas may incur additional shipping fees and/or order cancellations.
- Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and courier companies may have limited operations during these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
- Shipping times may be impacted by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package as estimated above, please contact us for assistance.
- If your order includes additional accessories, they will be shipped separately.
- It may take a few days for tracking numbers to become active in the courier system after the order has been shipped. If the information has not yet appeared on the courier website, please try again later.
- All estimated/typical delivery times are based on past data collected from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
