Return & Refund Policy
If you (or your pet) are unsatisfied with a product purchased directly through aimicatcare.com, you can return the product within ninety (90) days of receipt and receive a full refund. You are only responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Process:
1.Please email support@aimicat.com to initiate a return. Provide your invoice number and a copy of the receipt. Prepare and package the items you wish to return.
2.Repack your product in the original packaging box (see checklist below). If the returned product is not clean, we may deduct a cleaning fee of $75 from your refund.
Return Checklist:
- Clear all trash from the device.
- Thoroughly clean the product surfaces, including the interior drum and trash drawer.
- Disassemble the four support legs and place the device upright in the packaging box.
- Repackage the device using all original packaging materials.
- Ensure all included accessories (manuals, power cords, trash pads, etc.) are included.
3.Purchase a shipping label from our customer team via email. Our shipping label fee is $75 and will be deducted from your refund. You can then take the package to a drop-off location.
4.Receive your refund. Once we receive your items, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to transfer the refund to your account.
Please Note:
- If you purchased Aimicat products through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate returns directly with that retailer.
- Before returning the device, please document and report any existing damage to support@aimicat.com.
- Please be aware that returning goods from outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States may incur additional shipping fees.
